Replenishment Level

This replenishment level determines whether replenishment should be triggered at the storage type level or at the storage bin level.

Storage bin level: This control should be configured for a fixed bin storage type to initiate replenishment for each specific fixed storage bin. The system checks the minimum and maximum stock levels at the fixed storage bin level and trigger replenishment accordingly.

Storage type level: The system checks the minimum and maximum stock levels at the entire storage type level (Including fixed bin storage type) and not storage bin level and trigger replenishment accordingly.

Tolerance 

The system verifies the tolerance during the creation of the replenishment warehouse task to ensure that the replenishment quantity remains within the tolerance limit.

*** Maintain the tolerance value between 0 to 100 only

Tolerance WT

By selecting this checkbox, the system will stop the creation of warehouse tasks once the quantity reaches the specified tolerance limit after 1st WT.

*** Both control parameters needs to setup together to activate the tolerance check to stop creation of WT.

If Percentage < = Tolerance value maintained, then system abort the further WT creation
